Sightseeing: Mt Fuji & Lake Ashinoko
Quaint little towns nearby the mountain |
So amazed by the technology - how they managed to get cable cars running in such a mountainous terrain is beyond me |
Snow!!! |
Mt Fuji |
maaa god, my hair was damn long!! |
Such a sublime sight! |
Bloody difficult to get a nice shot of people and the mountain. finally got one decent pic! |
Construction on the mountain - I don't like this. |
YAY |
I think my parents look adorable haha |
This emitted extremely pungent fumes - smelt just like rotten eggs. |
Reason why |
1.05 km above sea level; embracing uniqlo ear muffs. Ear muffs look a bit stupid, but they sure keep your head warm and toasty |
Cruise ship for Lake Ashinoko - apparently some of these ships are actually replicas of pirate ships long ago. |
PS. Yep, call me disgusting but I wore my red coat throughout the entirety of the 1 month trip overseas! But never fear, I stocked up on other winter outerwear so it's goodbye to my beloved coat which has accumulated an unsightly amount of lint...:)
------------
Everyone's been posting about uni, so I suppose I should talk about it too.
I started this Monday, and as of now, I am currently really enjoying my subjects and fabulous timetable! It's a bit unconventional that O-week is also on now and I haven't joined anything yet .........but I will tomorrow. I also feel really happy that I paid for my own textbooks, and am planning to do so every semester (:
