The internet fiasco continues, hovering between fast and slow. DAMN YOU HOW MANY TECH PEOPLE DO I HAVE TO CALL :(
And I swear this year I just don't have enough energy anymore. Last year, I could easily pull all nighters and not feel like a zombie, but now, even if I sleep a little later, I'm just.... listless. Plus I have afternoon naps a lot more, which range from 2-4.5 hours and no one wakes me up :( I'm more dependent on coffee too; in the past 24 hours I drank 3 cups - oops. But yessss coffee still works for me in making me feel less tired and giving me that "morning boost". It helped me stay awake at 11.30 pm xD
And right, about cramming. I must never ever do it again. Ever, since sleep is something I have taken for granted in the past and these days, it's something I really treasure now. And I broke out so bad this time - I shall blame it on the lack of sleep and erratic patterns of sleep. It sucks because I can only get into the mood of hardcore studying just before exams >_> Also, I don't know if I'm supposed to be relieved that they postponed it until tomorrow - there's more stress but then there's a little more time to prepare? However, this time I really feel like I'm going to disappoint, what about if the scenario is something I haven't researched on =| Well, if I screw it, I screwed it. Tonight, I shall get enough sleep =D
And ...... I'm apparently "hard to read" in situations like today? I was relatively normal and engrossed in what I was saying! But yeah, they probably still have a bad impression of me as a creepy creepy fan girl (I"m not one at all D: well not too creepy...) I don't know. Mysterious people just capture my interest. I like mysterious people.

#242 - Cynical
IF you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise
....
if neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it - Rudyard Kipling
I'm not a fan of poetry and I don't appreciate it - it's all Greek to me. But yesterday I stumbled upon this and I don't know why I find it so so so beautiful. Perhaps because it's so inspiring to stand our ground? I love it.
Okay, massive wall of text that is "tl;dr" :)

#241- filler post
Due to a slight change in my schedule I'm currently at the library leaching off their wifi (:
Oh and I'm still waiting for elisa to arrive........
Anyhow nothing much to say but I would prefer if people stopped asking about a certain subject, especially if it puts me in a bad mood. On another note my English teacher praised my expression, strange, seeing as I'm notorious for horrible grammar and expression. My essay is also 1200 words minus conclusion and it's severely lacking in textual support T.T
I think i was suppose to upload a photo I can't remember what exactly. I'll shall end this post with a shout out to my friend who finally celebrated her 17th. I'm not too fond of having food thrown at me (kinda because I'm so uncordinated) but nonetheless it was very fun and enjoyable.

#239- Rawr
Just a short post from an unhappy chap who had to wait a very long time for a bus after one bus went straight past me despite the driver making eye contact with me.
As you can probably tell by the heading I feel like Rawr-ing or at least letting out some frustration. I hope my dad will take me to some self defense classes. My next source of frustration is you guessed it, English. I mean the texts aren't too bad, the only problem is having a teacher who isn't the type to go through it all in class and then expects an essay. I wish i had my year 10 teacher, despite all the complaining she was really good and I actually learned with her rather than self study and all.
End of post.

#238 - Halfway random creeps
Lately I've been approached by halfway random creeps. They're aged between 20-30, ask personal questions too quickly ....and are physically too close. So the reason they're called "half way" is that they have the guts and confidence to strike a conversation with a random stranger that they probably will never see again (so why even bother?) - but they'll back off after a while. Their backing off is what differentiates them from the few members of society who I hope I will never encounter in my life. Here are the things that'll make them back off:
- Acting frigid/uptight/blunt
- Putting distance between yourself and the creep
- One word answers
- Stony death stares
^ These lead to awkwardness, and the creep makes their departure, and yay - potentially life endangering situation avoided :)
Running away at the sight of a suspicious random would be the best thing to do in this instance, but if you can't, just do all of the above and you should be fine if they're a halfway random. Am I overreacting or being melodramatic? .... I dunno. After encountering these people, I feel really vulnerable and a little upset that I don't know how to defend myself besides running away. Even though such encounters occur in public, anything can happen.
------------------ ----
Other things:
1. Corpse Bride. It was not in the least horror-related, really musical (nice piano solo and duets, Disney-esque songs), and had a sweet story which was unfortunately rushed in the middle. Nevertheless, brilliant - as expected from Burton :D
2. I am so shit at judging people. Unfortunately mediocre, as you've always rightfully said >_>
3. Work places are too mean for students. They're always like: "Your application has been delivered. Please wait ___ days before you receive a response". WHAT BS. Applied ages ago for a position, and now you're apaprently "in desperate need of people" at another branch - and yet there's still no reply? ): I need a job.........I can't keep having daily afternoon naps - could be earning money and not procrastinating as often T_T
