#238 - Halfway random creeps

Lately I've been approached by halfway random creeps. They're aged between 20-30, ask personal questions too quickly ....and are physically too close. So the reason they're called "half way" is that they have the guts and confidence to strike a conversation with a random stranger that they probably will never see again (so why even bother?) - but they'll back off after a while. Their backing off is what differentiates them from the few members of society who I hope I will never encounter in my life. Here are the things that'll make them back off:

- Acting frigid/uptight/blunt
- Putting distance between yourself and the creep
- One word answers
- Stony death stares
^ These lead to awkwardness, and the creep makes their departure, and yay - potentially life endangering situation avoided :)

Running away at the sight of a suspicious random would be the best thing to do in this instance, but if you can't, just do all of the above and you should be fine if they're a halfway random. Am I overreacting or being  melodramatic? .... I dunno. After encountering these people, I feel really vulnerable and a little upset that I don't know how to defend myself besides running away.  Even though such encounters occur in public, anything can happen.

Other things:
1. Corpse Bride. It was not in the least horror-related, really musical (nice piano solo and duets, Disney-esque songs), and had a sweet story which was unfortunately rushed in the middle. Nevertheless, brilliant - as expected from Burton :D
 2. I am so shit at judging people. Unfortunately mediocre, as you've always rightfully said >_>
3. Work places are too mean for students. They're always like: "Your application has been delivered. Please wait ___ days before you receive a response". WHAT BS. Applied ages ago for a position, and now you're apaprently "in desperate need of people" at another branch - and yet there's still no reply? ): I need a job.........I can't keep having daily afternoon naps - could be earning money and not procrastinating as often T_T
