#319- Ignore me

Yeah take heed as to my warning above as I'm just going to fangirl away~

So basically this week CN BLUE held a concert in London and I took it upon myself to become immersed in fancams and Yongseo fanvids (YONGSEO IS REAL). You probably don't want to hear me ramble about my undying love for Yonghwa so I'll just say that "I'm in love".

My wedding wish, let's hope Mr Right can fulfil it for me....

Finally I'll leave you with some videos of Nole at the US Open when I was 'stumbling' *cough cough*

#318 - Friendship

Whilst trying to pass the time for a Friday night movie at the cinemas, W & I have come to the conclusion that there are three levels of friendship. Of course, many people can be considered to be "friends" - but within that term itself, are different and varying degrees of friendship.

level ONE: you're friends, you hang out in the same school group / you don't hang out in the same group / you are train or bus buddies. You can talk to each other about random things, but the level of conversation isn't too emotionally wrought and you talk about... little insignificant things. Your conversation usually encompasses a few topics.

level TWO: these are the people who are higher than level one friends but still fall short of the  "best friend(s)" category. You have a deeper connection with these people, good experiences together, your conversation spans a few more topics but you still can't talk to them about anything too deep (eg. problems at home, life musings and the like). There's a little barrier to the next level.....

level THREE: I'll call this the "best friends" category. You can talk to level three friends about everything (or almost anything if you are a closed up person), they are the ones you want to keep in touch with no matter what. You can easily talk face to face, on the phone, via email .......and the list goes on. There is no awkwardness between you two and there are a lot of topics you can talk about. These are the people you can vent to, and the best people to laugh / share a good experience with.

Luckily, I have friends who fit into all these categories and I'm so glad I do have "level three friends". Girls, I think, usually have 4 level three friends. Using W's mum's friendship group and SATC girls as an example.

---
and a long rocky road awaits where I struggle immensely >_>
internal body clock, please get back to normal!
please, my dear mind, exercise some self control.

Yessss - story of my life - when I'm frustrated, or having a certain type of awkward moment....... with people I have had to meet and can't avoid. I just don't know what to say!  -_-

#317- Never looking back

This will be a fairly pointless post mainly because I cbb writing about grad. I mean everyone has pretty much said everything including those who contributed to the BB.

Anyhow, today I was stumbling on the www after some eco and math (english is higher up on my to do list but it's being overlooked >>). So today I went to this blog and well I fan-girled inside which reminded me of the time that Butter and I went to Better's house to bake for RSPCA cupcake day. On that day Butter and I discovered each others secret love for CN BLUE especially Yonghwa. And this leads me to my next point, from here on its C + P so credits goes to http://xinyongg.blogspot.com.au

Extract:

"Who's that guy with Seohyun?"
"Jung Yong Hwa. Leader of C.N Blue."
"Ohh..." *Who is he? =O*

Forgive me for my ignorance. Of course, if you watch "You're Beautiful" the name JungYongHwa would ring a bell. But I didn't seriously watch it. I can't believe he's the Shin Woo guy in the series. Doesn't look like him at all. Now I feel so dumb. *sighs~
Anyway, the reason I'm bringing this up is because I've watched the Yongseo couple on "We Got Married". It's super duper sweeeeeeeeet!
Now, don't ask me what's "We Got Married". 'Cause I can't seem to give an explaination that sounds right. =O

Yong Hwa is freaking talented. And he treats Seohyun so nice. I can't possibly summarise everything 'bout Yong Hwa in a few sentences. But honestly, it's really awesome. If you ever meet a guy like him, you can sing "Marry You" by Bruno Mars to him =D

Girls..
If you're single, Yongseo couple is a must watch! Afterall, one can dream right? =P you might end up having "YongHwa fever" like me. But mine is with the "C.N Blue fever". And the fever just won't subside. Heh.

For those who are in a relationship, you should never ever watch this because you might start comparing your boyfriend to him. I solemnly swear that I am telling the truth. You'll probably die of jealousy or something. HAHA.

Moral of the story: Find a guy who treats you right. He doesn't have to be freaking gorgeous (above average will do =P ), but he must be smart and talented. Inner beauty always win. =)

Off to dreamland to find a guy like this. Taaaa~

End of Extract, so basically Butter and I have completely changed our criteria for the One all because of Yonghwa who is the epitome of perfection <3
And because I like to spam you with nonsensical stuff you can watch a video of Yonghwa performing a song he composed in 30 min aka HE IS A BLOODY GENIUS!

#316 - Graduation

Monday + Tuesday: parties all day long? Oh and lunch made by Ms. M  was divine, I think the other classes were quite jealous of us then :P Also I was so surprised.......I guess polar opposites really do attract? We have totally different personalities - one too emotional, one too stoic and emotionless - but despite this, we're great friends.
Wednesday: Talent quest which was awesome despite the fail year 12 dance at the end! :)
Thursday: An "awwww"-inducing day
- The day where almost everyone was shedding a (manly) tear :P I felt quite at peace so I had no tears to shed though
- Felt quite sad about losing my fabulous teachers though, love them to bits - one who I consider a second father, another who I consider to be a sweet little mother hen, and another who is such a sunny person always great to be around because there's never a dull moment with her! ♥
- So many people I didn't really talk to gushed to me about things they remembered about me and other very emotion-evoking dnm stuff - I was very touched =D And a big thank you to my dearest Bitter who surprised us with her awesomeness and considerate nature by giving us flowers! ♥ yay. and warning, a lot of photospam shall follow! actually took a lot more photos, but people were quite teary in them -_-

ms b - the best chem teacher one could ask for. accents - "resevoir"!
stormy -  though I have drifted off to sleep many times in class because of extremely boring content, he remains one of my top 3 teachers!

fellow blogger: KEELS! this lovely child has finally decided to initiate a hug. 3 hugs in fact!

sabbylove!

fellow blogger: dan!

CUTIES.

fellow blogger: vivvy!

ranjithhh
aaron (:

hannahhhh! had so many good memories with her
with my  little "bro" who i've known since year 5 =)
ah, ms k! gonna miss her after having her for 4 years ♥♥♥
chem buddies
group photos....still missing people -_-
almost-group!

yenwei - surprisingly, a really easy person to talk to.
fellow blogger: ophe!! :)

frank =]
meena - still remember all the lovely times i had with this sweetie & nana in ext 1. ahhh, back in those days!!
C.W.H.P
deepak - glad i know the future 2014 dux!
gracieboy - such a sweetie :)
--- Congrats if you got this far! I felt very obliged to write a description of the person I took a photo with....and really, I realised that there are probably a lot of good people in my grade; it's just that we're not that close since we only hang out in our own established groups. Plus the awkwardness when you've known each other for a few good years, but still can't hold a decent convo :( If I could go back in time, I wish I forged more friendships with such people. anyways, this was a very long post that I spent typing up -_-

#315- Something to commemorate

Last week was the inaugual benefit dinner for the Novak Djokovic Foundation, congrats on raising 1.4 million dollars for the children of Serbia.

To those who question why I admire and love Nole:
He has tremendous sportsmanship (even if I don't), I love his playing style, his attitude, his dedication, personality and most of all his heart!

I urge you all to watch the clip below:

#314 - Real

Words are so easily misused these days that they've lost their original meaning.

#313- Men's Final as I see it

Warning: Chinese TV broadcasts Li Na and that's about it....

So I woke up at 4 (yeah....)
Tuned into US Open Radio and the commentary sucks (yeah sorry, it might be because I'm extremely bias and I disapprove of their praise for Murray)

1st set was nail-biting, usually when I'm watching the tennis I'm very tense when Nole is in trouble so you'll see me with clasped hands. So come January, this won't go down well with a camera in my hands

2nd set = Depression. Enough said.

3rd set  = Relief

4th set = Happy

5th set
Beginning: OMG D: WHYYYYY MURRAY :@ :@ :@
Nole finally breaks back = Me screaming
And in the finally closing stages I guess I threw a massive and I mean massive tantrum (I'll leave it to your imagination)

Also the US open should get a roof then the organisers wouldn't have to deal with any weather drama

#312 - Rekindled

Fail fangirl at work.
DT fact: Tennant is just a stage name -_- did not know this until another Whovian told me this. Forever my fav doctor though, adore MS but DT still brought out the Doctor's character the best! Rekindled fangirl instincts as I set out to watch interviews and other bits and pieces of interesting people

Honestly laughed so much - the socks, the awkward autograph situation

ack, so cute - modernised R x J but with a happy ending Old couples always induce a major "awwww" from me

Yerin Park. THE CUTEST & HAPPIEST BABY EVER. If you're like me and like cute fat babies, whenever you're feeling sad just go and watch her videos on YT - you'll certainly be most cheered up :-)

#311- US Open

I'll make this short.

For some reason my ipad can't download the US OPEN app, it says that I need IOS 5 which is ridiculous since the ipad2 uses that very system.

Anyhow, it was another shriek-a-thon at the US Open for the women's semi. If you're curious as to who I'm talking about then just think back to Aus Open final earlier this year. However I can't be too critical seeing as I'm a fan of one of those players, the one who lost ):

Moving on! Roger Federer was knocked out in the quarters ): Apparently it's the first time in 8 years since Nadal and Federer have been in a grand slam semi line up. Hopefully that means that Nole has a better chance of winning except that also clears the field for Murray (insert gruesome face of me being disturbed) D: So fingers crossed that that doesn't happen!

And finally, I'm so annoyed that no free to air channel is airing the tennis.

#310 - Necessary

 - UNSW open day was nice + saw bitter! Felt a little down after attending the lecture and seeing so many people I had to compete with though... =_="
 - I'll only care about what those who I cherish think of me.
- S, B, M: I'm ever so grateful for the hope and encouragement they offer me - they have really lifted my spirits
- Carpe diem
- It's so nice - I think we've all gotten much closer recently, and there's so much laughter all around. We're talking about grand adventures we shall endeavour in the near future, and when we're all just lying on the grass, conversation buzzing around - it seems like life is so idyllic. This is something I value - sometimes physical, sometimes that content feeling
- DOCTOR WHO SEASON 7!!! is out :D Loving the streaming on ABC iView, though I need to catch up on the last three eps of season 6
- *facepalm* moment: woke up in a daze yesterday and buttoned my shirt wrong?!! :X and did not realise why all the junior kids were staring at me weirdly until I got back into the classroom. LOL
- Dad was digging through passports...and ta-da!
Clearly a victim of the archetypal pumpkin haircut almost every Asian child gets. and look at that double chin. I love fat babies the most - they're so pudgy! xD

#309- Greener Grass

You know what they say: "The grass is always greener on the other side..." and this brings me to the U-Syd U-NSW debate over which of the two is more prefrrable. Personally I have a bias towards U-Syd because in general it's better, more convenient, more aesthetically appealing campus, GREENER GRASS and finally it has nice weather (from my experience).

Today was a bit disappointing for me, the lectures were mundane especially the advanced mathematics and statistics talk. Finance and Law were repetitive seeing as I already knew what the course offered and my freebies experience was pathetic (but I didn't try). Oh and I saw George Shen except I highly doubt that he would recognise me.

Moving on.... I've been going through fashion blogs again and I highly recommend that you all read How to Bitchface by Tavi Gevinson and if you do then learn how to SMIZE because it will change your life!

Finally, I'll leave you all with some inspiring words again from Tavi Gevinson <3. It's titled Still Figuring it Out which should apply to most of us.
