#179- September past times

quick post today shall spam you all with photos of my culinary journey next post when i bother to connect my camera to my computer

first of all, to a certain someone, my thoughts are with you (: although i'm not sure about what happened i just want to let you know that we are all supporting you so persevere (just like the baulko motto)

last week: finished exams, got chem and eco back T^T went out 4 times to go and eat (i think i go out to eat way to much), gained x amount of kilos. time to exercise, weather please be nice to me!

on another note, lots of trolling happened today =.=

#178 - remember the name.

quiteeee a big week. there were no full days (HOORAY).

monday - crossroads: it actually wasn't that pointless. the motivational strategies presentation had the best music list; the first guy had some pretty useful/interesting techniques for getting out of sticky situations. i reactivated fb too...=.=

tuesday - prefect induction. gratz to: r, w, z, k & others

wednesday - TALENT QUEST. organised by year 12. ah so good/// so talented! i think all the girls started fangirling when monjie & nick dedicated their songs to all the girls - there was quite an interesting reaction from someone i would have never expected to fangirl ^^  hahaha. year 12 '11 are too cool, they can dance/sing/play musical instruments/make people laugh etc. t'was an amazing talent quest, i hope we can match up to at least half the awesomeness they displayed, because our grade seriously lacks...dancers/musicians/performers/enthusiasm/closeness.

thursday - the weird things you find on public transport.

year 12 grad. in the morning, i took a photo with e - who i will miss very much :( & the rest because they are eye candy. the leaders are incredibly nice and funny. i will forever remember kanav's speech, which is happily liked by many on fb:
"inspiration, studious, approachable & after yesterday's talent quest - talented. the girra class of 2012." you can imagine the year 12 reaction. and our reaction. xD saw bitter^^ & tess!! then a perfectly joyful free, followed by the farewell in the bball courts, then.... w, t & me running for our lives past the school gates when everyone was going to make the arch to say goodbye... hah, does that count as truanting? an extremely guilty conscious was present until we made it off the main road.yes we are the occasional bad asses. went to canley vale & had a nice viet eating fest. i'm a very picky eater. i hate eating weird parts of animals like : feet, eyes, brain, liver, kidneys, blood (pig!), ears - sounds revolting. unfortunately these all are a part of azn culture -__-"

anyway, no school tomolo because i am lazy - fyh, movie marathon!

#177- Fail snail

despite doing 11 past papers, 3U was horrible. mr ribbans as my teacher i expected you to give us a decent test but unfortunately i did not see the tricks that was required and even if i did time prevented me from finishing the test T________________T

lets hope that after this test i'm still in top 72, not doing 4U is not an option (sorry if i make anyone feel worse than they already are)

jordon, arjuna, i think we need another cake. this time it won't be a sorrow cake but rather a fail snail cake (inside joke =D ) although the fail whale cake does look better than a fail snail cake (if they exist >>)

spring.

i am on a super happy roll right now. not even chem will bring me down today.

firstly: OMGGG I GOT INTO EXT HISTORY!! *does many variations of a =D face* a very big thank you to zoe ♥ x100000000000 for telling me to shut up, stop complaining and just try. i am going to consider myself extremely lucky for getting in. secondly: legal - it's confirmed - i can definitely bs my head off (((: i must fix up my absolutely atrocious running writing. everyone writes really pretty, and i really, really envy them. thirdly: the HIP, which has given me great excruciating pain, sadness, very close rage quits and over 10 drafts for a month, has turned out quite well, my first 100! ^^ I CAN WRITE ARGUMENTATIVELY NOW, F*** YES.

-- anyway, also just wanted to say: so sorry i complain a lot, i know i've pissed off many people with my endless whinging, <- i know that's probably my biggest flaw besides being ultra violent in many forms - also i'm sorry if i'm insensitive <- i'm a bit of a douche when i'm too happy to consider how other people are feeling. so a big sorry to those affected.

exo day today. the line for free sausage sizzles was like 10m long, and that was when there it was only the first minute or so after the bell rang. the band was a tad weird/boring, they head banged to some random rock/pop O_o just inappropriate.

i got a haircut too, self cut and very spontaneous :P i still dunno what the back looks like - i'm just praying i don't look like a mushroom. so people aren't tooo surprised - here's what i sort of look like. and LOOK: you can see my nose =="

trying to improve english by expanding my reading horizons beyond... crime fiction. the bottom 4 books i bought for only 80 cents <- library book sales ftw

currently pondering if i should go to animania...

#175- the beginning of the end

okay so exam week has started and omg josephine you beast, writing 7 pages in eco >>
lets hope maths and english treat me well and if i'm above average for phys then ill be a happy chap

things to look forward to: eating mothers crepe (maybe i might pig out after english), going to girra on thursday with tess, getting my supposed waffle machine, shopping =D , awesome foursome sleepover, doing something on night of semi that isnt semi (note this may involving trolling)

oh well that's it for me, lets hope maths goes well tmr and that my study sesh with mr consistent is productivity but knowing him im in good hands

#174 - the end the end the end.

unofficially finished year 11!! *happy little jump of joy*

to celebrate: eat junk food, get treated crepes with J (thanks, A!!), movie marathon, 12 hour sleep.

speaking of sleep, yearlies exacerbated my horrible sleeping patterns. ie. sleep 11 hours, then sleep none the next day, then sleep 11 hours again, then sleep 12 hours... you get the idea. i did a proper all-nighter  watching drama...it was soooo addictive - on the day of the exam. but i don't believe in the "myth" where if you all nighter, your mind doesn't work as well and you forget stuff - because i wasn't tired at all and my mind worked normally? anyway, should take time to fix up sleeping habits in the next few weeks, don't wanna be stuck with such bad habits in year 12 ><   

i (finally) watched easy a (which was awesome), rewatched tangled, howl's moving castle and spirited away and attempted to watch 500 days of summer (but was bored within the first 5 minutes) . ahhhh  6 hours of happy watching =D i read howl's moving castle back in year 6 and i remember i loved it - the movie version did not fail to disappoint me - howl x sophie ftw!  

i've also been capped for a week - thanks to my extremely moronic sister who downloaded 4gb of the big bang theory - in one go *rages* it's an absolute nightmare - it took me 10 minutes to open up the link for writing a new post :( thankfully, there's only 1 day left till the new plan.

to do list:
- save up for a moustache bag
- gather funds for r's very late pressie
- learn joe hisashi
- revise maths
- watch all of studio ghibli's works
- finish rereading hp  

#173- Just my luck

after 1 use my boots have died  ): sigh it's just another chinese product with a faulty zipper. it's weird cos im unfazed by it all, mayb it's because they were too big for me or perhaps im just used to dodgy asian zippers

my english tutor has taken up another degree meaning that he has had to cancel lessons with all of his student T^T. thank you for everything bro and best of luck with your law degree

not prepared for any exam, must use time efficiently- moral of my extension story

shall leave you all with food from garden cafe in ewood (ordinary food, service isn't the best) and anyone wanna come with me to central cafe for breakkie one saturday in ewood im told that it's the best!

#172 - shot

we are so fragile. 

someone got shot in the street next to mine yesterday.

there was a single gunshot around 11.35 and it was hard to tell if it was real or not. the night was dead quiet, and then i realised it was real when a guy started screaming for help, and his scream was so raw and desperate. we just stayed inside out of selfishness and fear. then around five minutes later, there's the police sirens and ambulance. it turns out a guy did get shot in the leg, still alive and the perpetrator(s) were on foot - so... they brought out a helicopter =_=

what i find very creepy right now is that there's a very tall telecommunications (?) post with the channel 9 logo on it at the scene. i've always wondered how the media finds out stuff so fast, did the police tell them?

and i'm a little apprehensive of where i live now. onto chirpier news: reread hp1 after a very long time...and having a 3 day break ftw^^

#171- Spirit Week

There's so much to do yet i never end up finishing my to do list and so far no.1 priority for the past 2 weeks has been maths which means english advanced is extremely neglected (partially due to my teacher's 1 month hiatus)

so monday was orange day- completely forgot about it and i think the orange throwing contest was just a waste of oranges. tuesday- nerd day and as my bro would say Not Even Remotely Dorky =D hahaha it was nice seeing everyone dress up except let me express my displeasure at all those wearing 3-D glasses as a nerd glasses. sorry guys but that is just try hard. wednesday was LOL-day, i'm glad i avoided becoming lollified. thursday was crazy hat day except i opted not to wear my beanie for fear that it would become dirty. and also what a coincidence guys, 3 people just so happened to wear similar outfits ;)

btw bathgate is not a part of the family photo!
friday was spring fling, fireworks were better than last year the rave part wasnt.
now its onto prep time for yearlies and im so screwed but it's okay i only care about maths =D
